Computer won't boot up after installing memory card
I grounded myself before turning off the surge protector and unplugging my DELL Inspiron 530s and disconnecting it. I made sure I was grounded before opening it up and installing a new memory card. After hooking it back up and turning it back on it does nothing but hum loudly and beeps 4 times. It will not boot up. How do I fix this to make my computer work again?

I took the memory card out and it still is doing the same thing.

It's fixed. I took the memory cards out, blew it out with canned air and put the memory cards back in. Should I try installing the new one again or will it act the same?
