CPU Unit Runs Loud
My dimensions 4300 runs very loud. I have called Dell about this and I get people in India that I can't hardly understand. One guy told me to turn off my Nortons Antivirus Software! I purchased support for my system and still have a year left but how do I reach a representative that can send a repair person to my house? I think it could be my fan going out. I don't have any other problems with the system - just loud.

Sorry to tell you, that Dell's Technical Support are the only people that can authorize, both service and replacement parts. Tell them that the fan is very noisy and that you would like it replaced under warranty.
