My 4300 had a close call with lightning.  Now it will not boot.  I get power to the light in the front and on the motherboard (seems to be an amber color, different than the green it usually is) and the harddrive seems to be spinning.  Also the 4 lights on the back to not light up.  Is this a power supply problem?
