Deleting BIOS Files?

I just download the new BIOS exe files DXP061-020503 and they were saved to my desktop. I installed them and want to delete them from my desktop but the computer says the file is in use and cant be moved or deleted. How can I get this eve file off my desktop? Thanks!

Did you try rebooting the PC?  If that doesn't help, restart Windows in Safe Mode (F8 at boot up)

Coolgsak,

The problem you are experiencing is with Windows and not the BIOS upgrade file.  If your still unable to get rid of the file then check out this other forum discussion by clicking here.  From the feed back I have gotten from other folks I've assisted, the "Move On Boot" utility was the popular choice.  To avoid future problems, always save a file to a folder rather than the desktop.
