Dell 435T RAID - Intel or JMicron

I want to configure two SSD drives in RAID-0 in my 435T. Does the 435T have Intel ICH10R and the Jmicron JMB36X, both RAID controllers or just one? How do I get to use one over the other? I want to use the Intel controller if possible. I also will have a DVD-RW and a 1.5TB HDD in the system. Can all these live off the ICH10R controller?

Here is the response I got from Dell Support (really like the online chat support, it is quick and easier than calling)

From the support agent:

"I checked the motherboard specifications and found that the motherboard is compatible with both the RAID controllers. That is the Intel and Jmicron. However Dell would recommend you to use the Intel RAID controller as we offer support only for that RAID controller. You can use the Jmicron controller by taping Ctrl+J on the start up. But Dell does not have any support for that RAID Controller and configuration"

I'm interested in moving to RAID 0, but I'm having trouble understanding what hardware support I already have.

I purchased a 435T/9000 without RAID, but I *think* the motherboard supports hardware RAID.  If true, is the question in this thread trying to identify which RAID controller is on the motherboard (Intel/JMicron) or discussing an add-on RAID controller.
