dell configuration utility

Hi

I try to create a package to update bios on optiplex 360

I want to change:

- admin password

- "password change" in security option of the bios

For admin password it's working but i don't have the "password change" in dell configuration utility so i can't modify it

is there a most recent version of dell configuration utility where i can modify this option
