dell dimension e310 new install sata
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4
mistake hdd had a partition that had a restore files. did delete the partition. then wrote zero to drive. Repartiton, format reinstall, did f6 many times, and still after installation win xp media edition will not load. it has kernel error. has done it many times. even reordered dell cd for complete restoration still no avail. checked all settings in bios, set to auto and to raid tried all reinstalling. no avail. got floppy download from site and still nothing. the one from the site does not have the oemsetup.txt files , had to use the one from intel site and still nothing. made up the oemsetup.txt later and it install but when rebooting it gives the kernel error
any body to help me, it is support to clean install dell dimension e310 new install sata 2

thanks for all the suggestions, did try them but still experiencing sameproblem.
did update theh bios to v 04
reinstall format in ntfs and reboot and the drive will not load win xp
guys check my notes , where you could suggest
what is happeening is installation goes smoth installed the f6 drive for sata
but once system reboot after copying the installation cd
it goes asking for thhe dll or kernel error
help people
it is suppose to be a clean install
