Dell E520 No Screen

My dell e520 desktop has been sitting around for about 3 years. When I turned it on I have no video signal. The monitor that I'm using works. Also, the cables and monitor works on my laptop. What could be the problem?

Lights 3 and 4 indicate a memory failure, so taking one module out indicates you've found the bad one. You should try with just two modules in slots 1 and 2.

Hi jp123,

Do you see anything on the front panel diagnostic lights indicating a problem?

The power button is lit and there is a # 3 and # 4 that is lit on the front panel. Also, inside the computer, on the motherboard, there is a yellow light on. Thanks for any help!
