Dell Fx170 Thin Client Re-Imaging

Hello, I am trying to re-image our Dell Thin Clients but the problem I am having is that I cannot get the Reflash Utility to do a factory reset. 

I downloaded the file from DevonIT but it may be missing some files. I created a bootable USB with the program Rufus but for some reason its not factory reseting the Thin Client.
