Hello! .. Yes and No. Make sure you have the latest video drivers by going to support.dell.com, selecting home and inputing your service tag number and looking at the drivers section and then the video subsection.
Please note that netbooks are not generally designed for high definition playback of video and it really depends on the quality of video you are trying to view. If the system can't keep up on a high quality vid, it could downgrade the video so its at least viewable.
Hey! another thing i forgot to add is maybe installing more memory. I think the minis come with 1 gig standard and can be upgraded to 2. Since the onboard graphics uses memory for graphics, upgrading to another gig might help that out :-)
