Dell Optiplex 755 Error Code 1-2-3
I turned on my computer this morning and I received an 3-4 error, which was no issue remove the ram stick in slot one and be done. But after trying my computer again I received the error code 1-3-4 which was supposedly my video card, which I removed. Turning on my computer for a third time gave me the error code 1-2-3 and the on-board graphics displays a series of !'s all over the screen. I am stumped for what to try next.
Specs:
*Viotec 550W PSU
*3 Gb DDR2 (now) of RAM
*Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 (I believe)
*2 CD/DVD RW drive and 2 hard drives.

Given that the power supply you've got is -- to put it politely - substandard junk, start with a good quality replacement power supply. You'll likely find the problems tied to a very low quality power supply.
