Dell PC Restore
Right, dunno if I've put this in the right place or not, but basically my Dell PC Restore function is not working. When my PC boots up I press Control + F11 and nothing happens, just loads Windows up as normal. I'm pretty certain that the partition containing the restore function has never been deleted.. so I'm pretty baffled.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

That IS the problem. Doesn't matter what you touched, you did it, that disables it.

If you did not delete the PC Restore partition (a 3-5GB hidden partition at the end of the hard drive) when you repartitioned, you should be able to restore it to operation using the procedure here.

I'll be darned... never heard about that utility, Denny. I've got to forward that over to my nephew who is having a similar problem as mentioned above... He also thought that he deleted his Dell PC Restore by mistake; maybe he can benefit by this too...
Take care everyone.....:smileyhappy:
