Dell Precision T 5810 RAID
I have a Dell Precision T 5810 computer with four SSD drives in a RAID 0 stripe. I use Active Boot Disk a lot and I erase the drives frequently. I have tried a format of the drives, each independently, before the stripe and I have tried a stripe with no format at all, an empty non initialized drive. There's no difference with these different tries in the over all operation of the computer. It runs about the same in each case. My newest is an exfat format before the stripe. It's my understanding that exfat is fat64. Really, I can record the OS to one SSD and it runs about the same as with the stripe. I BIOS flash much. My conclusion is that the OS never even reaches the hard drives. It's somewhere in the computer but not on the drives. Maybe the newer BIOS firmware flashes could resolve this problem.

I'm not even sure I understand the problem.
Do you have a hardware RAID controller installed?
