I tried Dell Quick Diagnostics three times. The page informs me that the diagnosis takes 10 minutes. It is way off mark! It might never complete!

The first try took over 3 hours. I saw the 4 squares moving around and the message “Diagnostic in progress…” The process was stuck at “Obtaining selected diagnostics”. It always stops at that point.

What gives?
