Dell Studio One 19
I recently purchased a dell studio one 19 destop touchscreen all in one pc. I will admitt to say that I love this P.C however I have came across a problem. Whenever I attempt to highlight any text by clicking and dragging my mouse a hand appears where the cursor is and just scrolls the screen. I have reinstalled windows as I thought it may be a software issue but to no avail. Has anyone encountered this issue? It is very fustrating as a student!

Hey,
Is your issue happening in Internet Explorer? I had this issue aswell, Try adjusting the zoom level in the bottom right corner back to 100%. Close and reopen Internet Explorer. This fixed it for me
