Do you hear any beeps or notice any lights flashing on the tower? Please disconnect power cable,hold down power button for 10 seconds and re-connect and start machine again. 

Let me know if you get any diagnostic indicators and I will look it up. This might need a hardware replacement.

I will write step by step:

I connect the power cable.

press power button

No video 

Power button become orange and flashes 

Hear five beeps 

Then I hold the power button until it shuts down 

Press the power button again 

Pc start up just like nothing happen 

Then after 20 to 30 minutes shut itself 

Restart 

CPU fan spins faster than normal

No video and no further 

Hold power button until it shuts 

I have to leave it for a couple hours 

Reset bios and start

And just the same again from the beginning

Thanks for getting back. The CMOS battery on the machine/motherboard might be faulty. If you have a CMOS battery to test with, perform the same steps provided earlier but this time open the chassis and try using a different battery.

If issue still persists with the replacement battery the motherboard will need to be replaced.
