could somebody please explain the exact differences between Optiplex 790 and 990?

Oh and don't forget $200 more for the 990.
It looks like the two major differences are the chipset and RAID. 790 chipset is Q65 while 990 is Q67. 990 can also support RAID while 790 can't.

One more: power supply on the 790 is 240W, for the 990 265W.
(Both seem a little inadequate.)
