digital wallet

The USB port cannot recognize a digital wallet from Level-tech -- Image Tank III. Can anyone help on this.

My computer is dimension 8300 with window XP. The USB port cannot recognize a digital wallet from Levet-tech - Image Tank III. Can anyone help.
