Dimension 8100 Total Failure

Orange flashing light comes on. Motherboard light comes on. But hitting power button does nothing. Hitting reset causes green light to come on. Replaced Power supply, no change. Is this the motherboard? If so, anyone have suggestions on which one to get to replace it?

Thanks.

No lights on the back of the computer lit up. Also I forgot to mention, the fans do not come on when you power up the computer. I think that's it. Thanks for the help.

bourgect,
A flashing amber power LED indicates a power supply fault. Since you've already had the power supply replaced, however, the next logical conclusion is that there's a short somewhere on the motherboard. It is highly unlikely (though not outside the realm of possibility) that you received a second defective power supply.
