Dimension 8300 Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.10 A01
Whenever I restart me computer right after the Dell loading screen is done my computer tells me:

This only happenes when I disconnect my second hard drive from my computer. But when I reconnect the hard drive I dont see this message and my computer just sites there frozen after the Dell loading screen, not letting me get into Windows XP.
In looking at my computer closer on the back I found that my LED lights that are above my mouse and keyboard the A,B,C are green and the D is yellow.
