Does anyone know if I buy a graphics card if it goes in the PCI-e or the PCI-e X16 slot?

You have One PCIe™ x16 and One PCIe x1 slots on the computer. You get both kind of graphic cards. It is better you you purchase a PCI Expressx 16 card on the computer. These are some video cards which are available.
