Dimension XPS D__
I don't see the way to open the case of this computer.
There is only a finger screw in the back.
When I removed it nothing happened and I don't see how to open the case
This computer has been bought in 1998
Can somebody show me the way to open it,?
The Dell phone support could'nt help me,they advise me try find some help with the forum

There are tabs on the corners after the screw is removed you press the tabs and slide it off.

Lay it down on its side and while pressing both latches in pull the cover off. It pulls and slightly lifts off.

Unhappily,it doesn't work
Despite I press the tabs strongly(thumbscrew removed) the side doesn't slide all
I tried during 30 minutes to open it without success
Maybe is it a problem with the latches
