Has there been any software recently installed on the system? Have you attached any peripherals to the system, or installed any expansion cards? If so, first clear the NVRAM.<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>Then, boot into Safe Mode and go to START | SETTINGS | CONTROL PANEL | SYSTEM | Device Manager. If there is an Other Devices category, double click it and remove all devices listed underneath this category. Also, remove the Direct Memory Access Controller entry. Click Close, restart, and allow Windows to boot normally.
