Display/Monitor Zoom

My 4 year old nephew used my Dell desktop to play a video game, now the monitor is zoomed in so that everything on the monitor appears twice the normal size.  How to I get it back to normal view/size?

You need to change the screen resolution by right clicking a blank area of the desktop, properties, settings, and then adjust the screen resolution slider bar to higher numbers until you get back the look you want.
