Dual Boot Help

I have windows xp installed on one drive. Can I install windows 98 on a second drive? Both drives are set to master connected to a Promise ATA100 TX2 card. Is there anything I should know before I do this so I don't screw up a great running system? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the info and your help. Do you know if I have to uninstall xp and then install windows98....and then re-install xp as the latest operating system even if I'm using two different drives for each operating system and not just one drive?

Thanks again

Unless you purchase some third party software, such as Partition Magic, in a Windows multi-boot arena, 98 must be installed before XP and 98 must be installed on the C drive. Xp can be installed on your second drive or on a secondary partition on your primary drive.

In a nutshell, deinstall XP, install 98, install XP
