E510 iastor.sys problem

I have an E510 with RAID SATA dual mirror drives and an ATI.  I had the blue screen of death a couple times saying the computer stopped at oxooooood1 and the problem was iastor.sys.   I was able to shut down and reboot.  Now I get the bsod and it won't reboot.  Dell support has no clue.  I read a web forum saying this problem was related to resource sharing problem on E510's with raid and ati made in the last few months, as was mine.

 

The solution was to download the new bios, A05 i think.  The only problem is figuring out how to flash the bios with a computer that won't boot.  It does have a USB floppy drive.   How do I make a bootable floppy that lets me flash the bios. 

 

Anyone had this problem and is this a solution.
