e6300 - e6700 upgrade question

Question

Hi,   Just wondering if I have to up my power supply on my dimension 9200 if I transfer processors from e6300 to e6700.   I am sure I have the stock power in my computer right now... I am guessing they don't come any lower than 375W.   Thanks to those who respond!   Jay

jay nathan   I am running a Q6600 quad core processor with the stock heat sink, and power supply. I don't believe you need to upgrade your power supply.   As of now, I can not think of a reason to upgrade the power supply on a Dimension 9200/XPS410.
