I am having a hard understanding what you are saying, but if you can't copy files from your PC to some other device, some reasons could be:

1. Device is full
2. Device is write protected
3. Connection is bad.
4. Device is bad

i can transfer music on my ipod but i always get the error "error copying file or folder" to my psp

its weird psp is the only one thats giving me problems on my sis laptop or dads comp i can transfer fine to my psp

or how can i disable usb 2.0 without having disabling every usb port?

I'm not sure that you can.

Did you try other ports on your computer? Did you try a different cable?
