Error Message A fatal exception has ocured
Windows 98 Recent problem with shut down. Following the on screen advice offers little help
Options are
1 The current application will be terminated
2 Press any key to continue
3 Press CRTL ALT DELETE Etc
4 Press any key to continue This action causes black screen background display, and white dots
Normal recourse to shut down manually
Options are

If you enter your exact error message in the Google search machine, you will most likely get a solution.....
Also the Microsoft support site has a lot of information on Windows errors....
