Ethernet not working on 3100
Hi
A few years ago i wiped some stuff on this 3100 and my ethernet wont work, i can use usb modem for internet no problems, do i need a new driver? any help will be great
and i dont know much pc stuff so go easy on me :P

If you open Device Manager and expand the listing for Network Adapters, what devices show up there? Do you see any devices shown as "Problem Devices"? What kind of internet connection do you have, cable or dsl?

Since you wiped the hard drive you most likley delete the network driver along with everything else. Go to the link provided and then go to the netowrk dropdown. Then download the Intel Driver (PRO/100 VE Network Connection)
