Files on my computer

Can any one help me I have been trying to sort this problem out for weeks.
My problem is: I formatted my hard drive (NTFS) and now whenever I go in to my computer to put stuff in to the shared area I see all off the user on this computer.

For example I have a user called John and now he has been added under where is says "Files Stored On This Computer" I have 5 users on my computer.
It did not do this before I formatted my hard drive.
All I had there was "Shared Documents".
Dose any one no how to hide the users.

Thank you for reading this.

Matt

You see those folders because you're viewing the My Computer area of an administrator's account. The administrator can peek inside the files of any other user. You probably have "Show hidden files and folders" enabled in Folder Options. Try "Do Not Show Hidden Files and Folders" and see if that does what you want.

Sorry Matthew, that is what appears when there is no text in the message posted.
I started to show you a website that allows you to hide folders and drives, but decided that it would not pertain to your request to hide users. I don't know off hand how to hide users, as I believe they are showing up this way in your My Computer Shared Documents because they are designed to. I'll check into any "registry tweak" that will hide them and let you know what I find .
