Floppy disk dissappears Dell 755
We have a few Dell Optiplex 755's and the floppy drive auto turns off.
We have to go into the BIOS and re-select Internal for the floppy drive. For some reason's unknown it keeps switching from internal to USB (in the BIOS).

If you've been using these a while, you should replace the NVRAM back-up cell. Low voltage on that cell has been known to cause a number of puzzling problems.
