GeForce FX5200 drivers ...

My Dell Dimension 8300 has the above card.I notice there have been no updates on the driver by Dell since May last year.I notice Nvidia have new drivers for this card. Can I use these drivers without problem ?

Yes u can, its best to use the NVidia drivers.

You don't need to update drivers if you don't have any problems w/ your current drivers.  If you really want to update, I suggest you have a backup of your current drivers to roll back to in case of problems w/ the new drivers.
