Gen 3 power issue

Hi all seasons greetings and Happy new year! Got an issue with my blue gen 3 desktop . Earlier tonight she got moved from location to another and when they put the pc back down they bumped it a little hard now when I apply power to the pc i get the initial boot up from the power supply and then suddenly the all the fans go into over drive mode and i'm unable to turn the unit off or anything . I have to actually disconnect the power cord to turn it off ..I get a green light on the mobo and i get an orange light on the power switch when there is power applied. Any suggestions or help would greatly be helpful thanks in advanced
