Hi dalton22, You can get the 9500GT or an card from the ATI 4600 series ie 4670 into that system. HERE is the 9500GT.

Hi dalton22, You dont need an 350w PSU to run the 9500GT. Manufactors do overstate the power for their cards, and dell do understate the power for their PSU's.

The Radeon HD4670 with DDR3 works fine with the stock psu. I use these on my newer Dells as well as older ones like the GX280.

Hi dalton22, As I said in my previous post, you will not have any problems running the ATI 4670.

The HD 4670 is PCIe X16 and a good card that should do well with most any games. This card only draws around 70 watts under load and your entire system draw would be less than 200 watts. This is why it will easily work with your 300 watt power supply. This card is much better than the 9500GT and almost equal the the Nividia 9600GT. Whether you choose ATI or Nvidia is up to you. I usually just compare performance with cost and make a decision that way. For me, I have always used Nvidia but I would not hesitate to use ATI if the cost/performance was right at the time I was ready to buy.
HERE is one at a much better price as the performance difference between a 1GB and 512MB is not worth the extra cost.

My 530 has a stock Dell 305 watt power supply and it works just fine with the Diamond Radeon HD 4670 DDR3 card.

This is not something I think works. I know it works.
You cannot use the card in a 530S SLIM Tower with 250Watt power supply.
