Help my Dimension E510 wont boot up!

My Dimension E510 has had a problem for the past few days. When I power on, all that shows up on the screen is a text-sized flashing line in the upper-right hand corner, without displaying the bios at all. I will include more info as needed! Please help!

Oh, and also, it said that if lights 1,2, and 3 were lit up, that the CD, DVD, or Hard Drive might not be plugged in correctily, but I checked and there was nothing wrong.

Thank you for your support Ron, but this did not work. The colors are: Power = Green, and the numbers 1,2, and 3 are lit up and green. Please Help!

Disconnect all USB devices, except mouse & keyboard and try again.

What color are the diagnostic LEDs on front of the tower? If not all green, look up the code here:

No, there is no disk, and reseating the cables didn't work either. Still, thanks for the support!

Is there a disk in the optical drive (or floppy drive, if you have one)?

Did you power off and try reseating the cables to the drives at both ends?
