Hello

  I have Dimension 9100,Windows XP professional. I have trouble with the blue screen and windows shutting itself down. The last error told me to download Windows memory diagnostics.

What kind of cd do I buy to download this windows memory diagnostics software on too?

I don't have a floppy disk drive.   Also what can I shut down or stop from loading when I turn on my computer if doing that would help with my memory problem . My computer isn't that old and I have alot of hard drive free.  I just don't undersrtand computer problems.  Can anyone help me please?

            Also can you tell me what the difference is between physical memory and virtual memory?                      Thank you :smileyhappy:
