High Disk Usage on Dell 8700
My Dell 8700 has been working fine until recently. For some reason the disk usage is pretty much always at 90-100% making the PC unusable. The PC pretty much has nothing installed on it (no malware or bloated anti virus programs) besides my steam games.

16 GB RAM
3TB HHD
Z87
GTX 645

Exactly what do you mean by "disk usage is...at 90-100%"?
Do you mean CPU usage or RAM usage? And how are you measuring "disk usage"?
Have you scanned thoroughly for malware lately?
Is something running in the background?
What happens if you boot in Safe Mode?
