How do i access BIOS?

push the delete button when you boot up.

Boot your computer and press the DEL key when the Dell logo appears.

Ok,, then here is a harder one,,, I had trouble with my computer,,, replaced hd, DVD-rom,,, reformatted, and reinstalled WIN98,,, with great effort,,, i was begining to feel was a currupted BIOS,,, at present things appear to be working but....... is there any way to tell if it is currupted?? I don't want to "flash" the BIOS as I am afraid that could cause even more troubles, as my internet connection is very slow and unreliable. Can I "flash"with a disk, where would i get? Thanks.
