Hi, thanks for responding. Everything seems to be okay their. A while back I had to reformat the hard disk and when I reinstalled everything the themes didn't reappear. I'm not real sure they're on the computer. If they are not could I get them of the ME or the XP CD? The system came with Windows ME and Dell sent the XP upgrade. What would I look for on the CD?
Thanks,
Tom
Hi, I went their and went through everything, no themes. I'm reaching a point where I don't really care if I get them back. I would just like to know what happened to them.
Thanks,
Tom
IN your control panel there will be a Themes icon. If it is not there, then you have to reinstall it from the Add/Remove Programs icon, and you want to Add/Remove Windows components. They are hidden in there somewhere.
Rook was correct I to had to reinstall windows me and did not have my themes when I finished. Go to start then setting, then control panel. double click add/remove programs.then click windows set up tab in there is where it should be just check the box and apply.
If its not there then dont know what to tell you. but the above worked in my case. double check to make sure you didnt over look any thing.
