How do you replace the bezel

Thanks. It is the new clamshell design but Dell sent me a replacement bezel so I can only assume it's replaceable.

I also have a 4100 that has a front panel bezel and looked like the 8200. You might want to edit your previous post. Are you sure you're not talking about the front door/cover for the USB ports? There are instructions in Dell's knowledge base for replacing that. If that's not it, call Dell and they will talk you through it. This is a hardware problem and tech/hardware support can help.

Those aren't the same thing.

Removing the bezel on the Dim43/44/4500 and 8200 are a major PITA.

The top and bottom (gray) panels have to be removed, as well as the bottom "footprint" trim. All of these pieces of plastic skin can be broken if not removed carefully.

There are then three tabs along the (interior) hinge running the length of the bezel that have to be pressed so that the bezel can "swing" away.

It's one of the reasons I do not own any of the new hinged cases. They are cosmetically attractive, but difficult to access and easily scratched/damaged.
