How to open cd/dvd
I asked for and rec'd an owner's manual but it is so long and I am so old, I may not live long enough to get my answer to how do I open the dvd/cd in my 660s. It is brand new right in its original box, but I've pressed different areas so much I'm breaking nails. There has to be something I'm missing, duh, but will anyone out there give me some insight?

I don't understand the tag thing. As I said, I'm old and don't have tech support here anymore.

Don't let age bother you. It's just a state of mind.
If you look at the front of the computer,just above the "DELL LOGO CIRCLE" you will see an area about 1in. long and about 1/2 " high. at the right end there is a dimple. Push there and the cd/dvd will open. Make sure the computer is running.

Try using the 'Optical-drive Eject Button, item 6 as shown in the Computer's Features Guide here:
