I NEED HELP

I need help!I had total sysem shut down on New Yrs Day.Computor has not been right since.I have techs who help me and clear up the problems but creates new problems.Right now I cant shut down the system properly.I have a windows me screen that comes up twice the I swear a "wanted poster for Osama Bin Laden".WHY?My frame freezes up.The free printer I got wont work?Im stamp is wrong?Mic wont work?Whats going on?I need some answers here any help you can give me would be appreciated!Thanks

sounds like a virus looks like clean install of windows will solve the problem

Before you take whole9yard's advice, update your virus definitions and do a full system scan. If your antivirus program finds a virus, take note of the name of the virus, and let your antivirus program try to correct the problem. If there is still a problem after running the antivirus program, post back (give the name of the virus if one was found), and we can go from there.

yes you should take volcano11 [steve] advice first. I have to admit I'm quick to reformatt. I only surgguest that way due to your other problems that you will have to fix.But you should try volcan11way first then if you still having problems and can't get it running right then reformatt. I'm quick to do this due I always keep back up all my files and the latest drivers so I fine it not that had to due. hope everything goes smooth for you
