The video card is a 32MB Nvidia GeForce 2.

(I)
* Create a central location for all your downloads
* Right-Click your DESKTOP and select "NEW" and then "FOLDER"
* Name the folder "Nvidia Downloads"
* The Nvidia Detonator drivers support the following video cards: V770D,TNT2, GeForce, GeForce2, GeForce3, GeForce4, and GeForce FX
* Click here for the Windows XP/2000 driver
* Click here for the Windows 95/98/ME driver
* Choose the latest WHQL certified driver
* Click Primary Download Site
* Click Accept
* Click Save. A "Save As" window should appear
* Click the Desktop icon on the left
* Browse to and click the folder you created on the desktop called Nvidia Downloads
* Click Save

(II)
* Click here for the Universal Ati/Nvidia driver cleaner
* Scroll down until you see the word Download
* Click the grey icon under the red arrow
* Click Open
* A Winzip screen should appear, click I Agree
* If listed, click the WinZip Classic button
* Click the Extract button
* On the upper left, in the Extract to blank,
type C:\Driver Cleaner setup
* Click Extract
* Close all boxes that are still open
* Click Start- My Computer or double click the My Computer icon
* Open the (C:) drive
* Open the Driver Cleaner setup folder
* Double-click the file setup.exe
* Click Next
* Insert a dot to "I accept the agreement"
* Click Next
* Click Next
* Click Next
* Click Next
* Click Install
* Click Next
* Remove the check from "Launch Driver Cleaner
* Click Finish
* Close any boxes that are still open

NOTE: Ensure that you have logged onto the system with Administrative rights if you are using Windows 2000/XP
* Uninstall the old Nvidia Display Driver
* Click Start- (Settings)- Control Panel
* Click the Add/Remove Programs icon
* Click the Nvidia Display Driver you want removed
* Click the Add/Remove or Change/Remove button
* If asked, click the Select all button
* Click OK
* Click NO to restart the system
* Close all open boxes
* Click Start- (All) Programs- Driver Cleaner 2- Driver Cleaner 2
* Nvidia should be listed in the drop down box
* Click Clean
* Click Yes
* Click Close
* Click Start- Shutdown- Restart- OK or Click Start- Turn Off Computer- Restart
* Windows will find new hardware, click cancel whenever it comes up. Close any reminder boxes

* Close all other applications running, especially any anti-virus software before attempting to install the driver suite
* Open the Nvidia Downloads folder from the desktop
* Double-click the *.exe file. Follow any prompts
* When finished, click Start- Shutdown- Restart- OK or Click Start- Turn Off Computer- Restart
* Upon restart, the display may be set to 800x600 pixels. Change yours accordingly
* Click Start- Shutdown- Restart- OK or Click Start- Turn Off Computer- Restart

Need help identifying video card in dimension 4100.All I can find on it is:: D S/N 073RGY-44571-OAC-6685 1 C/O CN BRD 05-E15 Rev C I am trying to reinstall everything without a resource cd and don't know which drivers to use.Tried Dell and system info utility. No help Thanks FSASK
