Image appearing at startup
Hey guys, hope you're all doing well.
OK, I'll start at the beginning: I spend a lot of time making wallpapers on my Photoshop, and owing to the fact that I had so many, I thought I'd download a wallpaper changer to automatically change them for me every now and then.
I'd already used one, but the trial ran out and I didn't want to have to pay for, what is essentially, a fairly unnessecary bit of software. So I downloaded another one. This is where my problem started. After I installed this, I started seeing a picture appear when my computer started up. It would appear just before my login page (which is weird in itself). The picture would be any one of the wallpapers that the new programme was using and was completely random. I didn't like this, so I uninstalled the programme. But the picture was still coming up, only now it was the same one repeatedly. So, I deleted the picture, but it's still coming up.
The biggest problem with this, is that it's a picture of a partially naked lady. All good fun, you might say....however, my girlfriend's coming to stay fo a few days next week, and I know she's gonna want to use the computer at some point and I don't really want her to see it. It's been on there since before we met, so she can't really get too upset, but it just won't be very nice for her to see it!
Does anybody know how I can rid of it?
Thanks in advance for any help anybody can give me on this, I really appreciate it.

Hey hye, thanks for that. Unfortunately, none of it works. I had already done various scans beforehand (probably should have mentioned that...sorry!) and system restore won't do anything.
I did, however, look at the list of wallpapers on the Display Properties screen and Ive found the picture. It's set as default (as in, the file name is 'default') and it's a bmp file (I think, could be a gif), whereas the original was a jpeg.
I tried right clicking to see if I could get anything up (properties, or maybe even a delete option) but all I get is that 'What's This?' cursor.
Anyone got anymore ideas? I'm totally stumped here!
Thank you!!!
