Information about the indicator lights

Question

My system will not boot up, the diagnostic lights on the back are:yellow, yellow, green, green When I push the satrt botton, I get 4 or 5 beeps. Can anybody tell me what is wrong? Where can I find info about the Diagnostic lights? Thanks
