What is the game and have you gone to the vendor website to see if manual uninstall directions are available?

Well, I've now gotten it installed (Madden NFL 2002), but the game apparently isn't recognizing my new graphics card. It locks up on startup, and when I use the tech support feature with the game, it automatically associates my old graphics card (intel graphics controller w/1MB) with my monitor. It lists both cards under display adapters, but doesn't associate the new one with any monitor (even though the monitor is plugged into the new card). Does anybody have any idea on how to make my computer stop recognizing the old card? The old card is still physically in my computer. I've already gone through the control panel and disabled the graphics controller through the system properties and my BIOS recognize the PCI slot (the new card) as the primary video adapter. Please help! Thanks.
By the way, the new card is a Jaton 88PCI w/32 MB.
Go into your device manager and select the card you are no longer using. Right click on it and uninstall it. I don't know if it will be recognized on a reboot or not but since it is disabled in your Bios it may not.

Well, I tried that, but it just makes me reinstall a driver before I can do anything else the next time my computer boots up. Is there anything I can do to keep that from happening? Thanks.
Why don't you remove the card you are not using? I assume it is not onboard video.
