Installing a video card - Dimension 4700

Hi - I bought a Dell Dimension 4700 and would like to be able to run my PC through my TV.  It looks like I need an S-video as my tv does not have a 15 pin plug.  I bought a video card with the S-video but can not figure out how to take my PC apart - instead of screws, there are these round pegs  (?) that I have no idea what type of tool to use in order to take it apart.  Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

Thanks
Jeff
