Dell has it set up pretty easy to find. Dell support->driver downloads->Dimension->3000->XP->Video Adapter->82665G

The game will not play on your entry level system with the integrated video chip.   System requirements suggest a 64 mb video card with T&L, that you do not have, and at least 512 mb of memory.  Link below tells you of the system requirements.  You need a dedicated video card in order for it to work better.

System requirements:

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIRED

Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 1.6 GHz or equivalent AMD(R) Athlon(TM) processor or higher
512 MB of RAM
64 MB video card ( with Hardware T&L including Pixel Shader 1.1 or higher support)
2.0 GB of free hard disk space

Isn't it possible to have the CPU doing the T&L-jobs? reference: http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/intel945g/sb/CS-022649.htm And if this is true, isn't it possible to make the CPU do the T&L-stuff instead of the video card?
