lost with Reformating
Ok I Got Lost With Reforting I Found A Techneical Support Thing It Was A Step By Step Thing But It Tells Me Now Its Not There But Then I Found Dell™ PC Restore by Symantec™ The Hidden Partition On Your Hard Drive But That Doze Not Do What I Need To Do I Need To Erace Every Thing (Btw Its A Dell 3250 BIOS Version: A01) Can Some One Give Me a Link To Some Thing To Help Me

If I understand right, you want to format your hard drive to remove everything?

i read all that and it just killed my brain even more i just need a spimple easy to understad walk thu o how to reformat and reintall window i got a few errores and stuff and about 4 or 5 years of stuff on this drive i want a fresh clean dive

That's about as simple as I can make it.
You could always just buy a new hard drive.

If you do not have any info you need to save from the hard drive it is really easy to do. You should have an XP Cd Dell gave you. If they did not give you one request one and they will give it to you.
Then you boot your computer with the XP CD. Follow the install instructions. When it find the current XP installation you will have an option to install and format over the old install. After installation you will have to reinstall all the drivers though. Make sure to install the chipset drivers first then all the rest.
The Dell Symantic System Restore also essentailly does this function and wipes all old data off.
Why can't you run the Dell system restore? What problem do you have when you try it?
